South African star Percy Tau has earned himself a place in the Caf Champions League Team of the Week following his Man of the Match performance for Al Ahly against ES Setif in the semi-final first leg.

Tau put in a sublime performance for Al Ahly on Saturday after he scored two goals and assisted two in their 4-0 hammering of Algerian side ES Setif in the Caf Champions League semi-final first leg played at the Al Salam Stadium in Cairo.

This performance for Pitso Mosimane’s side earned Tau a place in the Caf Champions League Team of the Week, alongside five of his Ahly teammates – Taher Mohamed Taher, Hamdy Fathy, Aliou Dieng, Ali Maâloul and Mohamed El Shenawy.

Meanwhile, Wydad AC has four players on the list, Yahya Jabrane, Guy Mbenza, Ayoub El Amloud and Achraf Dari, while Atlético Petróleos de Luanda forward Gleison Moreira has the final spot.
