Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed the departure of Thembinkosi Lorch and Neo Maema.
The duo have become the eighth and ninth players to leave the Tshwane giant.
They have followed Sipho Mbule, Sifiso Ngobeni, Thabang Sibanyoni, Matías Esquivel, Kobamelo Kodisang, Rushine De Reuck, Rivaldo Coetzee, and Lebohang Maboe in parting ways.
Thembinkosi Lorch arrived at Sundowns from rivals Orlando Pirates during the 2023-24 season.
The 32-year-old has since scored seven goals and grabbed four assists in 26 appearances across all competitions for the club.
“After two unforgettable years, one league title, 26 appearances, seven goals and four assists, the Yellow Nation thanks and celebrates Thembinkosi Lorch,” Sundowns announced.

Neo Maema arrived at the club from Royal AM during the 2021-22 season.
The 29-year-old has gone on to make 120 appearances in all competitions while scoring 13 goals and registering 14 assists for Sundowns.
