Black Aces have appointed former FC Cape Town technical director Craig Rosslee as their new Director of Football.

Aces have already signed former Orlando Pirates coach Eric Tinkler as head coach and Ian Taylor as his assistant, while Calvin Marlin remains goalkeeping coach, reports KickOff.

The Cape Town-bound club are currently under new ownership and management and are set to reassemble in Cape Town on Thursday in preparation ahead of the 2016-17 season.

New Aces owner John Comitis has confirmed the appointment of Rosslee as Director of football.

‘Yes, I can confirm that Craig Rosslee has joined us and will serve as Director of Football,’ says Comitis.

Rosslee had previously worked as the technical director at National First Division club FC Cape Town, following a two spell as head coach of AmaZulu.

The 46-year-old then became the fourth manager of Moroka Swallows in March 2015 for little over two months, but he was unable to save the club from their first ever relegation from the top division
