It was an emotional night for Joe Hart as the Manchester City goalkeeper bid farewell to the supporters in what is likely to be his last appearance for the side. 

Hart is expected to quit City following the imminent arrival of Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo. The England shot-stopper was on hand one last time for the side, providing a clean sheet as the fans paid their respects to a player who has spent a decade at the club.
