Amakhosi are scheduled to play five training matches against Vitesse, FC Utrecht, NEC Nijmegen, PEC Zwolle and FC Twente.
The 27-year-old will look to stay injury-free after sustaining a number of injuries during the 2024-25, which saw him make 21 appearances across all competitions.
Frosler is excited about starting his pre-season and has lamented the importance of how crucial it is to have a proper pre-season.
“I like it that we know this year exactly who we will be playing against. Besides that, the environment where we stay is very nice. Very quiet also,” Frosler told his club’s official website.
“Pre-season is always so important, as that’s where you lay the foundation for the season. The atmosphere in the camp is excellent. Pre-season is hard work, but we are ready for it.”
