Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed that captain Themba Zwane has signed a new contract with the club.

Zwane has been at the club for over 15 years since joining the club from Mpumalanga Black Aces in 2011.

“Mshishi” has gone on to score 80 goals and registered 61 assists in 445 appearances across all competitions for Sundowns.

The midfielder maestro has now committed his future to the club after putting pen to paper on a new deal.

“Our Captain Themba Zwane has signed a new contract, extending his journey with Mamelodi Sundowns. Here’s to writing more history in Yellow!” Sundowns announced on social media.
