Paris Saint-Germain secured their place in the Champions League final following their 2-1 victory over Arsenal at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday evening.

The French giants made their way to the final after they claimed a 3-1 aggregate win in the semi-final and will now face Inter Milan for this prestigious trophy.

The Italian outfit made their way into the final, where they will either play Paris Saint-Germain after claiming a 7-6 aggregate victory over the two-legged semi-final fixture.

PSG opened the scoring as early as the 27th minute thanks to a stunning volley from Fabián Ruiz to find the back of the net.

Achraf Hakimi doubled his side’s lead in the 72nd minute, moments before Vitinha had his penalty saved by David Raya.

The Gunners got back into the game and reduced the deficit after Bukayo Saka slotted the ball home in the 76th minute, which was ultimately a consolation goal as PSG held on for the win and secured the place in the final.

Paris Saint-Germain will now go head-to-head with Inter Milan in the Champions League final set to be played at the Allianz Arena in Munich on Saturday, May 31.
