Portugal beat Spain in a penalty shootout to lift the Nations League trophy at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
Martín Zubimendi opened the scoring for Spain in the 21st minute before Nuno Mendes equalised five minutes later.
Spain restored their lead in the 45th minute, but Cristiano Ronaldo netted a 61st-minute equaliser to send the game into extra time.
Neither side could find the decisive goal during extra time, forcing the game into a penalty shootout, which Portugal won 5-2 on penalties to secure the Nations League title.
