Orbit College FC sealed their promotion to the Betway Premiership following their 1-0 victory over Cape Town City at the Olympia Park Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

The Mswenko Boys earned their promotion to the top-flight thanks to a 47th-minute goal from Letsie Koapeng, which proved to be the difference in Rustenburg.

The result saw the Citizens get relegated to the Motsepe Foundation Championship, despite having to play Casric Stars in their final playoff game at the DHL Stadium on Monday afternoon.

Orbit College finished top of the playoffs table with eight points from four matches, having won two and drawn two.
