Lamine Yamal will officially wear the iconic No. 10 jersey at FC Barcelona for the 2025-26 season.

The 18-year-old will wear the No. 10 jersey, which was previously worn by club legend Lionel Messi.

This comes after the Spanish superstar committed his future to the club by signing a contract extension, which keeps him at Barça until 2031.

Over the course of his career, Yamal has scored 25 goals and registered 34 assists in 115 appearances across all competitions.

“This is the beginning of a journey that I hope will be very long and full of victories,” Yamal said.

“To keep growing, because I’m still very young, but above all to keep winning … I’ll give everything to make the fans happy … This is my lifetime club and the best in the world.”
