Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the departure of midfielder Mduduzi Mdantsane.
The 30-year-old joined Amakhosi from Cape Town City in July 2023 during the 2023-24 season.
Mdantsane has only managed to feature 16 times for the Soweto giants and scored two goals during his time at Chiefs.
The attacking midfielder also spent the half of last season on loan at Richards Bay as he went in search of more game time, but he only ended up making three appearances for the club.
The Glamour Boys have confirmed that the midfielder has parted ways with the club by mutual consent.
“Kaizer Chiefs and midfielder Mduduzi Mdantsane have mutually agreed to part ways,” Chiefs said in a statement.
“The 30-year-old player joined Amakhosi from Cape Town City at the beginning of the 2023/24 season. Last season, in order to accumulate some game-time after recovering from injury, he spent the latter part of the campaign on loan at Richards Bay FC.
“During his time with Chiefs, Mdantsane made 16 appearances across all competitions.
