Orlando Pirates attacker Oswin Appollis says he made the right decision when he joined the Buccaneers.

The 24-year-old joined the Buccaneers from Polokwane City before the start of the current season and has scored four goals and registered six assists in 22 matches.

He also won his second trophy with the club following their 1-0 win over Marumo Gallants in the Carling Knockout Cup.

Appollis admits he did not hesitate when Pirates came calling for his signature following his impressive showing for Rise and Shine.

“I didn’t hesitate when Pirates wanted me because I knew they will always be in a cup final and always have trophies and I’m happy I made the right decision,” Appollis told SuperSport TV after the game.

“And like I said we have to give credit to the whole team, the players on the bench who came on and changed the game. The technical team and for that I’m very proud of the team.”
