Amakhosi broke the deadlock as early as the 10th minute after Gaston Sirino converted from the penalty spot after Pule Mmodi was brought down by Deano van Rooyen.

The Buccaneers found the equalising goal in the seventh minute later when Deon Hotto played a free-kick into the box, which was headed home by Evidence Makgopa to make it 1-1.

The Glamour Boys eventually restored their lead in the 80th minute through a Yusuf Maart stunner from outside the box to make it 2-1.

The Sea Robbers were unable to find the equalising goal in the final minutes of the game as Chiefs held on to snatch the victory.
