Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos says they are highly motivated heading into their final Africa Cup of Nations group stage game on Monday.

South Africa will look to bounce back following their 1-0 defeat to Egypt in their second Group B encounter at the Le Grand Stade Agadir in Agadir.

Bafana are placed second in Group B with three points after two games, having won one and conceded one defeat.

Broos’ men will now turn their attention to their crucial Group B encounter against Zimbabwe at the Stade de Marrakech in Marrakesh.

“OK, they were one man less, but we dominated them for 45 minutes (in the second half),” Broos said.

“In that moment, you need a little bit luck with the ball falling (favourably) or that the shot is good. We didn’t have that luck,” Broos said.

“Okay, we lost the game today, but there is still another game and after what happened here today on the pitch, certainly the decisions that were made will motivate us to give 200% to win the game against Zimbabwe on Monday.”
