Michael Olise added a third goal for Bayern after he latched on to a ball from Thomas Müller to find the back of the net in the 20th minute.
Coman grabbed his double one minute later when he danced his way past the Auckland defenders to fire the ball home and make it 4-0.
Bayern were not done yet after scoring two goals in injury time through goals from Muller and Olise as they went into the break with a healthy 6-0 lead.
The German side found it a bit harder to score in the second half and had to wait until the 67th minute to score their seventh goal of the game through substitute Jamal Musiala before he completed his double six minutes later from the penalty spot.
Musiala completed his hat-trick and Bayern’s ninth goal of the game when he slotted the ball into an empty net after a blunder by the Auckland goalkeeper.
Muller put the game to bed in the 89th minute when he knocked the ball into the net to score his 250th goal for Bayern as the German side won 10-0 in the opening round of the group stages.
