Stellenbosch FC, SuperSport United and AmaZulu booked their places in the Nedbank Cup last 16 after claiming victories on Tuesday evening.
Stellenbosch FC bounced back in the Betway Premiership after cruising to a commanding 5-0 victory over AmaZulu at the King Goodwill Zwelithini Stadium in Durban.
Thato Khiba has his sights set on winning silverware at the club following his transfer to Stellenbosch FC.
The Nedbank Cup is a chance for clubs to close the season with a special piece of silverware that has been contested since 1971, writes Nick Said.
Stellenbosch have moved quickly to replace Jayden Adams in the heart of their midfield, using some of the transfer fee received from Mamelodi Sundowns to buy Thato Khiba from TS Galaxy.
