Watch as Bafana Bafana are put through their paces as they continue preparations for their upcoming international friendlies against Mozambique and Angola.

South Africa will take on Mozambique in the first international friendly match played at the Mbombela Stadium on Thursday.

The South African national team will then welcome Angola to the same venue three days later for the second of the two international friendlies.
