Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah was named the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Player of the Year.

The Egyptian forward has made history by becoming the first player to win the award three times after scoring 29 goals and providing 18 assists in the Premier League.

Meanwhile, Arsenal star Mariona Caldentey won the award for the first time after she netted 19 goals on all competitions while helping the Gunners lift the Champions League trophy.

Morgan Rogers walked away with the PFA Men’s Young Player of the Year award, while Arsenal’s Olivia Smith was named PFA Women’s Young Player of the Year.
