Orlando Pirates have been drawn against Polokwane City, while Kaizer Chiefs travel to Chippa United in the Telkom Knockout Cup quarter-final.

The draw for the quarter-final was concluded in Mdantsane, East London, on Sunday following the conclusion of the last round of 16 fixtures.

Defending champions Cape Town City and last season’s finalist SuperSport United were both eliminated from the last-16 alongside Mamelodi Sundowns.

Meanwhile, the Buccaneers will play host to Rise and Shine after defeating Golden Arrows 1-0, with Thabo Qalinge scoring the only goal at the Princess Magogo Stadium on Saturday.

Amakhosi travel to Chippa United following their 3-0 thrashing of AmaZulu at the Moses Mabhida Stadium, courtesy of goals by George Maluleka, Hendrick Ekstein and Siphiwe Tshabalala.

Bidvest Wits welcome Baroka to the Bidvest Stadium after clinching a 4-2 victory over Free State Stars in the previous round.

Bloemfontein Celtic, who beat SuperSport 4-3 on penalties, will now face Platinum Stars in their quarter-final encounter.

The dates, venues and times for the quarter-final fixtures will be announced in due course.
