Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has named a 30-man preliminary squad for their upcoming international friendly matches against Mozambique and Angola later this month.

South Africa are set to face Mozambique at the Mbombela Stadium, in Mbombela, Mpumalanga, on Thursday 17 November, with kick-off set for 20:30 pm.

They will follow that fixture up with a clash against Angola three days later at the same venue on Sunday 20 November 2022.

Broos will use the two friendlies against their neighbouring countries as part of their preparations for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifiers in March next year.

The preliminary squad will be trimmed to 23 players when the Belgian coach announces his final list for the two matches next week.

Here is Hugo Broos’ 30-man preliminary squad:

Goalkeepers:
