Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Mduduzi Shabalala has admitted he has not been at his best but is determined to rediscover his form.

The 22-year-old has scored three goals and registered one assist in 28 appearances across all competitions this season.

However, he will be hoping to get his name on the score sheet when they welcome Magesi FC to Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.

With Amakhosi focused on building momentum, Shabalala is eager to get back on the scoresheet and approach every upcoming fixture with a cup-final mentality.

“Obviously, I haven’t been on my best form, so I’m trying all my best to be back and hopefully I hope to be back on the score sheet in our next game,” Shabalala said, as per SoccerLaduma.

Obviously, we want to win all of our games. We take it one game at a time and we’re looking forward to each and every game. We take it as a cup final.”
