New Stellenbosch FC signing Given Msimango believes the club has all the ingredients for success and is eager to help the Maroons compete at the highest level.

The 28-year-old arrived at Kaizer Chiefs from TS Galaxy FC back during the 2023-24 season.

He stayed with the Soweto giants for three years and went on to feature 53 times across all competitions.

Msimango has set his sights on helping the club challenge for honours, describing his move as the perfect opportunity to be part of an ambitious project.

“It feels great to be part of Stellenbosch FC,” Msimango told his club’s official website.

“This is a great environment with good management, fantastic coaching staff, and a team that wants to compete, which are all ingredients you need for success.

“Stellenbosch is an ambitious team that wants to compete and win things. The team recently competed in the CAF Confederation Cup, and I want to compete with the Club at the highest level and try to reach those heights again.

“I want to stay consistent with my performances and try to help the team as much as I can.

“I’m here to work hard for the Club, and I’ve already received messages of support from our fans, so I hope to be able to make them happy this season.”
