Barcelona have moved up to third in LaLiga following a come-from-behind 2-1 victory over Las Palmas in a feisty clash played on Thursday.

Barca are now seven points behind league leaders Real Madrid and surprise package Girona who share top spot but left it late to claim their win against the 10 men of Las Palmas.

The latter were ahead early when former Barca forward Sandro Ramirez set up Munir El Haddadi to score from close range.

The visitors were fortunate not to be further behind at the break but struck back 10 minutes into the second half as a defensive error allowed Ferran Torres to level things at 1-1.

It looked as though it would stay that way until Las Palmas defender Daley Sinkgraven was shown the red card after a push on Ilkay Gundogan in injury-time and the former Manchester City midfielder converted his spot-kick.
