Bafana Bafana stepped up their preparations in their training session at the Orlando Amstel Arena ahead of their international friendly against Nicaragua.
South Africa will host Nicaragua in their 2026 FIFA World Cup send-off match in Soweto on Friday, with kick-off set for 18:00.
Bafana will use this match as their final preparation before they head off to the World Cup next month.
Hugo Broos’ side will take on hosts Mexico in the opening fixture of the global showpiece, which is set to be played at the Azteca Stadium, Mexico City.
