Mamelodi Sundowns attacking midfielder Jayden Adams says he is determined to make the most of his fresh start this year.

The Brazilians will be high in confidence after claiming a 3-1 victory over Sekhukhune United at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Sunday.

Sundowns will now turn their attention to their upcoming Betway Premiership encounter against Golden Arrows when they meet at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Wednesday evening.

Adams, who was named Man of the Match against Sekhukhune, says he is grabbing every opportunity to showcase his talent on the field.

“Fortunately, I got a chance at the start of the new year to showcase my talent again and I took the chance with both hands,” said Adams.

“I just do my job, play for the team and I just want to help the team get good results and fight for the league and Champions League.”

“We expect a physical athletic team. They are well coached. You saw the last time we met them, we played a draw.

“Defensively, they are good, and in attack, they are very good. I think it’s going to be a nice one for us and a challenging one for us.

“The supporters must expect a good game, and we are going to come out with our A-game.”
