Curwin Bosch has been named to start at fullback in the Sharks’ Super Rugby opener against the Reds in Brisbane on Friday.

The talented 19-year-old slots into an exciting backline that sees André Esterhuizen and Lukhanyo Am pairing up in the midfield, while Boks Cobus Reinach and Pat Lambie will reunite as the halfback combination.

On the wings, Lwazi Mvovo will earn his 100th Super Rugby cap, while Kobus van Wyk will make his Sharks debut.
