The Lions have left four key players at home for their trip to Argentina where they will take on the Jaguares on Saturday.

Springboks Elton Jantjies, Rohan Janse van Rensburg, Lionel Mapoe and Franco Mostert will not be travelling with the 25-man squad.

Janse van Rensburg stayed behind for the funeral of his mother who past away last Wednesday, while Jantjies is expecting the birth of his second child this week. Mapoe and Mostert have been given time off to rest.

The Lions’ match against the Jaguares kicks off at 23:40 (SA time) on 11 March.
