French referee Romain Poite will take charge of the Springboks’ Rugby Championship clash with Argentina in Salta on Saturday.

Sanzaar has confirmed that Poite will be supported by an all-English team, with Matthew Carley and Karl Dickson the assistants while Rowan Kitt will be the TMO.

Meanwhile, Saturday’s earlier match between the All Blacks and Wallabies in Perth will be officiated by Jerome Garces. South Africa’s Jaco Peyper and Japan’s Shuhei Kubo will assist the Frenchman, while Marius Jonker will be the TMO.

Depending on the outcome of the All Blacks match, the Boks may need to beat Argentina with a bonus point to claim the Rugby Championship.

The Springboks currently lead the standings by a single point going into the final round of fixtures and are looking to claim their first silverware since 2009.
