Centres Damian de Allende and Jesse Kriel and lock Jason Jenkins are set to sign lucrative deals to play in Japan after the World Cup.

According to Afrikaans newspaper Rapport, De Allende is on the brink of signing for the Panasonic Wild Knights, who are coached by Robbie Deans. The 27-year-old will reportedly be unavailable to the Stormers because his contract with Panasonic will run from January to May.

Kriel has also received an offer from a Japanese club and has already informed the Bulls and SA Rugby about his intention to accept the deal. A source close to the 25-year-old confirmed to Rapport that Kriel will ‘definitely’ play in Japan next year.

Meanwhile, Jenkins is also believed to be on his way to Japan. The 23-year-old has one Test cap, which came against Wales in Washington DC last June.
