The MultiChoice Diski Challenge are set to take place in Tsakane in Ekurhuleni this coming weekend at Tsakane Stadium first time ever.

Having already made its way through some of the country’s biggest townships such as Umlazi, KaNyamazane, Tembisa, Mdantsane, Daveyton, Rocklands to name a few.

The Premier Soccer League (PSL) together with partners MultiChoice, continue to stay true to the tournament’s founding promise of taking football to the people, and the community of Tsakane will be the latest beneficiary of that commitment.

This weekend’s festival, the tournament’s 12th round, will take place on January 28 – 29, with the gates opening at 10:00 on both days.

Entry is free on both days but members of the public will be issued with a ticket as part of access control. Tickets will be available at the stadium’s ticket office on Thursday and Friday from 13:00- 18:00.

They will also be available at activation points in Tsakane. Only two tickets will be allocated per person on a first-come-first-served basis.

On Saturday, table toppers Mamelodi Sundowns and 12th placed Ajax Cape Town will lock horns at 12h00 while seventh-placed Orlando Pirates and fifth-placed Highlands Park do battle at 14:00 in an encounter which could make or break both teams’ title credentials.

Defending champions, Golden Arrows and third-placed Bidvest Wits will play the first of the day on Sunday when they clash at 12:00. After having given away a

After having given away a two-goal lead in each of their previous two matches, six-placed Kaizer Chiefs will be looking make amends when they host Cape Town City in the last match of the festival, with kick-off set for 14:00.
