Chippa United have completed the signing of former Polokwane City midfielder Linda Shiba.

The 28-year-old, who joined Rise and Shine from United FC in 2014 has recently been linked with a move to the Chilli Boys after being released by City at the end of the 2015-16 season.

Chippa have now confirmed on the club’s Twitter page that Shiba has completed his move to the Chilli Boys on a two-year deal.

During his two-year stint at City, Shiba could only manage score twice and feature 18 times in all competitions.

Last Season, the former Bay United midfielder helped the club to a 13th place finish in the Absa Premiership and secured their PSL Status for the 2016-17 season.
