Mamelodi Sundowns striker Fiston Abdul Razak has returned to Bloemfontein Celtic on loan after being included in the deal that saw Thapelo Morena head in the opposite direction.

The 24-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Celtic, scoring four goals after struggling for game-time at the Absa Premiership champions.

The Burundi international scored on his Sundowns debut, however, the striker then fell down the pecking order after Leonardo Castro arrived at the club.

Celtic CEO Khumbulani Konco has confirmed that Razak will spend the 2016-17 season on loan at Siwelele.

‘He is back with us on a season-long loan deal and comes as part of the Morena deal,’ Konco told KickOff.com.

Last season for both Sundowns and Celtic, Razak managed to feature in 19 games in all competitions, scoring five and assisted one.
