Ajax Cape Town striker Nathan Paulse has admitted that he is under no pressure to making a decision on his career as a footballer.

The 34-year-old has been instrumental in helping the Urban Warrior secure the MTN8 title after scoring the winning goal in the finals against Kaizer Chiefs.

Pause insisted that he has no pressure weighting over his head on whether to call time on his career or not.

‘Obviously, it is the best decision for anyone in my age to be thinking about life after football now,’ Paulse told Goal.

‘I am under no pressure though, the club has assured me that my services are still of importance to the club, both on and off the field I am still a valuable member of Ajax Cape Town and I enjoy my role of sharing my experiences with the younger guys, guiding where I can and offering advice where necessary.

The former SuperSport United forward mentioned that he is enjoying football at the moment and believes he still has the pace to carry on playing.

Over the course of his career Paulse managed one cap for Bafana Bafana and has played for the likes of Platinum Stars, Bloemfontein Celtic and Swedish side Hammarby IF.
