Ngele will remain at Sundowns – agent

Agent Tim Sukazi has rubbished reports suggesting that Mogakolodi Ngele will leave Mamelodi Sundowns to join Bidvest Wits.

In recent weeks media reports have suggested that Ngele and Cuthbert Malajila would move to Wits as part of a swap deal involving Sibusiso Vilakazi.

‘That’s not true. Everyone knows I always wanted to take this boy out in order for him to get some game-time. I’ve been clear about that,’ Sukazi told KickOff.com.

‘If such a thing was to happen I would be the first one to know as I would be involved in those negotiations. So there’s no truth in the reports linking him with Wits.

‘I have never spoken to anyone from Wits about Ngele.’

The Botswana international has 15 matches for Sundowns while scoring twice and creating two assists since his move from Platinum Stars at the start of last season.

The Brazilians coach Pitso Mosimane and the club’s management have expressed a desire to hold on to Ngele for the new season.
