Former Kaizer Chiefs winger Robson Muchichwa believes George Lebese needs to learn to deliver and be more consistent this season.

The 27-year-old started last season strongly, racking up eight goals in speedy fashion before an injury and a loss of form derailed his progress, reports KickOff.com.

Muchichwa insists that Lebese has to keep improving to his ability to add to improving the Chiefs team.

‘I think for me he needs to learn to deliver and be consistent. Not to say today you playing well, tomorrow you are off,’ Muchichwa said.

‘For me, he needs to learn to be consistent and if he becomes consistent in terms of performing, improving his performance day in and day out, I think he can do well.’

The former Amakhosi winger admits that when the midfielder is on form, he really makes a difference in the outcome of the match.

‘When he’s on form you could clearly see things do happen and Chiefs score goals. But I don’t know what happens sometimes,’ he added.

‘We need to know that on the left wing we have George Lebese. If Kaizer Chiefs is playing now you don’t know who’s going to play on the left, is George there or not there? So he needs to be consistent.’
