Orlando Pirates coach Muhsin Ertugral says it’s refreshing knowing that he has four quality goalkeepers at his disposal and he welcomes the selection headache.

The Turkish tactician gave goalkeeper Felipe Ovono a first team start in the Buccaneers 3-1 victory over Golden Arrows in their first Absa Premiership match of the season.

The Buccaneer shot-stopper returned to the first team after he was transfer-listed in July but Ovono will be disappointed that an error of his led to Arrows’ goal in Soweto, reports KickOff.com.

Ertugral says it will be ‘great competition’ for his goalkeepers after stating he has four quality goalkeepers at his disposal.

‘Nothing is wrong with Brighton. He is a great keeper. We have great keepers at this club and it will make for great competition,’ Ertugral said.

‘It gives me a headache because I have to pick from four. But it’s refreshing because I can sit back knowing the quality in the four.’

Orlando Pirates will now travel to the Bidvest Stadium when they take on Bidvest Wits in the MTN8 quarter-finals on Saturday.

Kick-off has been set for 20:15.
