Royal Eagles has completed the signing goalkeeper Joslain Leon Mayebi from Effodeildin side TB Tvoroyri ahead of the new season.

Mayebi is vastly experienced having played in France, Cyprus, Israel, Romania, England and the Faroe Islands and was in the Cameroon squad at the 2008 Olympics, reports KickOff.com.

The Eagles general manager Richard Makhoba believes Mayebi brings great experience in trying to help the club gain promotion to the Absa Premiership.

‘We have brought in Joslain who is a top quality keeper whose experience we believe will make a difference as we work our way towards promotion,’ Makhoba said.

The 29-year-old has kept three clean sheets from 12 appearances playing for TB Tvoroyri last season in the Faroe Islands Premier League.
