Orlando Pirates have given an update on their injury list for their upcoming Absa Premiership clash against Cape Town City at Orlando Stadium on Tuesday.

Buccaneers defender Justice Chabalala looks set to miss the Absa Premiership encounter against Eric Tinkler’s side on Tuesday evening, according to the Orlando Pirates website.

The 24-year-old suffered a knock during the Sea Robbers’ 2-1 victory over Ajax Cape Town last week and is currently receiving treatment.

The central midfielder will now undergo a late fitness test to determine whether or not he will be fit for the upcoming clash.

Meanwhile, Both midfielders Gladwin Shitholo and Donald Mokondelela are still receiving treatment for their respective injuries.

Shitholo and Mokondelela are out of contention and will not be part of the Buccaneers 18-man squad for the match on Tuesday. The pair will now continue to undergoing their rehabilitation.

Left back Nkosinathi Mthiyane, who is currently receiving treatment on his calf strain, is expected to get back to full training this week.

The match at Orlando Stadium kicks off at 19:30.
