The Confederation of African Football has announced that Al Ahly will face Raja Casablanca in the 2020-21 Caf Super Cup on 22 December in Qatar.

Al Ahly earned their place in the Super Cup after they cruised to a comfortable 3-0 victory over Kaizer Chiefs in the final to be crowned Caf Champions League champions at the Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca on 17 July, through goals from Mohamed Sherif, Mohamed Magdy and Amr El Solia.

Meanwhile, Raja Casablanca made their way after they were crowned Caf Confederation Cup champions by defeating Algerian side JS Kabylie 2-1 in the final at Stade de l’Amitié in Cotonou on 10 July, after Soufiane Rahimi and Ben Malango cancelled out Zakaria Boulahia’s 46th-minute consolation goal.

Ahly’s director of football confirmed on Monday that the club received an official letter from Caf with the encounter date for Al Ahly vs Raja Casablanca.
