Adidas Football has unveiled their new Stellar Boot Pack following the release of the Mercury Pack and the Speed of Light football range.

Inspired by the light side of the moon, the boots are available in a white and gold colourway and come in adidas’ X16.1 and ACE 16.1 styles.

From a technical point of view, the adidas Stellar Pack X16.1 boots feature a techfit collar that has dynamic compression material that molds around your foot within milliseconds.

The white NON STOP GRIP (NSG) finish features an updated star design whilst a gold SPRINTFRAME outsole offers stability during high-speed movements. The X16 will be worn by the likes of Gareth Bale and Luis Suarez.  Locally, Khama Billiat and Thabo Matlaba will also take to the pitch with the new boots in the PSL.

The ACE 16.1; also available in a white and gold colourway has a CTRL SKN upper and NON STOP GRIP (NSG) technology that delivers an unrivalled surface for close ball control in all playing conditions.

It has SPRINTFRAME, an ultrafast outsole system for lightweight & stability. The ACE 16.1 will be on the feet of international superstars like Paul Pogba and Mesut Ozil; locally it will be worn by Thulani Hlatshwayo and Travis Graham.

Adidas head of football Adrian de Souza has confirmed the launch of the boot and he insists that the new boot will help improve your performance on the field.

‘The Stellar boots are a great variation of the Speed of Light range of boots we launched earlier this year. The boots are designed to assist players dominate on the pitch and improve their team’s chances of winning silverware this season while looking stylish.’
