DP World Lions clinched a 132-run bonus-point victory over the Western Province in a CSA T20 Challenge match at World Sports Betting Newlands in Cape Town on Wednesday evening.

The defeat sees Province remain in third place on the log 21 points from nine games, while the Lions remain in second place with 26 points from nine matches, nine points behind the unbeaten Dafabet Warriors in first place.

Province will look to bounce back when they take on GbetsRocks in their next encounter played at the World Sports Betting Newlands in Cape Town on Sunday at 2pm.

Meanwhile, the Lions are scheduled to face the Momentum Multiply Titans at the Dafabet St George Park Cricket Stadium on Friday at 6pm.
