Kaizer Chiefs captain Itumeleng Khune has revealed his pleasure over the club’s new signing Khama Billiat.
The Zimbabwean international moved to Chiefs on a free transfer this month following a trophy-laden five-year spell at Mamelodi Sundowns.
At Chloorkop, Billiat won seven major trophies including three Absa Premiership titles, one Caf Champions League, one Caf Super Cup, one Nedbank Cup and a Telkom Knockout Cup title.

‘We just need to win trophies for the club. For the past three seasons, we haven’t been celebrating.
‘He [Billiat] is a great player who finds the spaces and capitalises. He used to give us a tough time when we played Sundowns and hopefully he will bring that to the club‚’ Khune joked.
‘We will manage to find him with those quality passes so that he can punish other clubs.’
