Bafana Bafana have arrived in Polokwane to start preparing for their upcoming World Cup qualifier against Senegal at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday.
Shakes Mashaba’s side will be hoping to collect all three points when they host the Lions of Teranga in order to top Group D.
The two sides last met in the 2015 edition of the annual Nelson Mandela Challenge, which South Africa won 1-0 at the Orlando Stadium.
The national squad started training today at the Peter Mokaba Stadium, with striker Lars Veldwijk already having joined them.
Burkina Faso and Cape Verde will go head to head in the other Group D match of the qualifiers.
Kick-off has been scheduled for 15:00.
