Ajax Cape Town has officially announced that Olwethu Nguye and Justin Jacobus will spend the 2016-17 season on loan at National First Division side Cape Town All Stars.
Nguye made his official Absa Premiership debut against Polokwane City at the Peter Mokaba Stadium, defeating Rise and Shine 2-1, replacing midfielder Keagan Dolly as a substitute.
Meanwhile, Jacobus was signed to the Ajax academy in 2009 at the tender age of 13 for his ability to pass, dribble and shoot.
He went through all of the age-groups taking free-kicks and corner kicks with either foot with great precision. Last season saw Jacobus end as Ajax Cape Town’s joint top goal scorer in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge season, in a successful stint under coach Vladislav Heric, reports the Ajax Cape Town website.
Both Nguye and Jacobus will spend the entire 2016-17 season with Cape Town All Stars in search of regular game time and match experience.
