Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Marcelo Allende is determined to help the Brazilians extend their winning record at Loftus Versfeld when they face Al-Ahli.

The Brazilians will take on the Saudi side in the second round of the FIFA Intercontinental Cup at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Saturda.

Sundowns cemented their place in the Intercontinental Cup after lifting the CAF Champions League title last season.

Allende is relishing the prospect of facing Al-Ahli on home soil in the FIFA Intercontinental Cup.

“It’s our house with our people and it’s going to be full,”Allende said.

“We need to win and continue the record of winning at Loftus (Versfeld Stadium).”

Kick-off has been set for 15:00.
