Mamelodi Sundowns have announced the signing of former Orlando Pirates right-back Deano van Rooyen.
The 29-year-old arrives at Sundowns after parting ways with the Buccaneers, where he score one goal and registered one assists in 51 appearances across all competitions.
Van Rooyen brings a wealth of experience, having played for Stellenbosch FC and Pirates, making 185 appearances while scoring four goal and registered nine assists.
The Brazilians have since announced the capture of the right-back to bolster their defence.
“Deano van Rooyen joins the Yellow Family,” Sundowns announced.
