Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Mfundo Vilakazi is confident the Glamour Boys can overcome the threat posed by Richards Bay when they meet away from home.

The Glamour Boys will be hoping to return to winning ways in the Betway Premiership when they take on the Natal Rich Boys at the Princess Magogo Stadium in Durban.

Amakhosi come into this fixture sitting second place in the Betway Premiership standings with seven points from their first three matches.

Vilakazi acknowledged the hosts’ strength on their own turf but insists Chiefs are well prepared, with a clear game plan and belief that they can continue building momentum.

“Richards Bay are a very good team and especially dangerous at home, but we are going there with confidence,” Vilakazi told his club’s official website.
