Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the departure of Uruguay attacker Gaston Sirino.

The 35-year-old joined Amakhosi in August 2024 on a free transfer after parting ways with Mamelodi Sundowns.

Sirino spent two seasons with Chiefs and made 52 appearances across all competitions while scoring five goals and registering eight assists in the process.

He left the club after the expiration of his contract, with his next destination likely to be Durban City FC.

His leadership and experience were instrumental in guiding the team to the prestigious Nedbank Cup title last year.
