While Cedric Kaze was pleased with the team securing all three points, the Amakhosi co-coach admitted Glody Lilepo’s red card was unfortunate.

Lilepo scored the decisive goal of the match but was shown a red card after removing his shirt during his celebration.

The Congolese winger is now set to miss Amakhosi’s final Betway Premiership game of the season when they take on Chippa United on Saturday.

Kaze has urged Kaizer Chiefs to show greater discipline in future after revealing his frustration over a needless suspension caused by an emotional goal celebration.

“Yeah, we need to be careful because he was already booked and he takes his shirt off when he celebrates his goal which means we going to miss him on our last game,” Kaze told SuperSport after the game.

“It’s an unfortunate situation, sometimes you understand as well the player passion and you know relieve for scoring.

“But it’s good we have the three points. But in the future, we need to be careful about things like that.”
