Orlando Pirates playmaker Relebohile Mofokeng has revealed that the number 10 position is best suited for him.

Mofokeng continued his fine form for Pirates after bagging a brace in their 5-0 victory over Golden Arrows at the Orlando Amstel Arena on Tuesday.

The 21-year-old has now scored 10 goals and registered six assists in 29 appearances across all competitions.

The Bafana Bafana star insists that he prefers playing in the number 10 role rather than playing on the wing.

“I think the style we play here at Pirates, a 10 is suitable for me,” Mofokeng told SuperSport TV after the game.

“I’m not really someone who likes running. I’m someone who prefers tiny spaces.

“So, I think number 10 position is fine for me.

“Even on the wing I like to play but the best for me is the 10 position.”
